GENTLE YOGA
A gentle Yoga class for Every Body. Become more flexible, centered, present, & mindful. Improve alignment & posture which improves most back & neck pain. Gentle Yoga is great for reducing stress, excess weight, & high blood pressure. Take care of your physical & mental well being! Learn how to make yourself a priority!
HEATED YOGA
This sequence is designed for all levels, beginner through advanced. Our practice room is intentionally heated to warm your muscles & allow a deeper & safer work-out. Heat promotes sweating, which flushes toxins from the body. Heat also helps prevent injuries. With regular practice & dedication, you can develop muscle tone & strength while you reduce stress. Be prepared, TruFit heated yoga is unlike traditional yoga. ***Come to class hydrated, bring a large bottle (or two) of water for re-hydration during class. Come to class on an empty stomach. We suggest 2-3 hours between your last meal and class. Yoga (sticky) Mats, a beach towel & a small hand towel are required.
MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates is a well known mind-body exercise system that has a successful record of creating healthy, balanced bodies over the last 80 years. Joseph H. Pilates designed a system of exercises which combine stretching and strengthening. As a result of constant practice, you can enjoy the following benefits: Longer, leaner muscles core strength & stability, injury prevention, relief from stress & back pain, better posture, improved balance & coordination, enhanced athletic performance, heightened mind-body awareness, & increased self-confidence. Bring a sticky (Yoga) mat with you to class.
MUSCLE CONDITIONING/MUSCLE LITE
A fun, high energy, fat-burning class for sculpting, strengthening, & toning. Add shape without bulk by utilizing light hand weights, the stability ball, body bars, & resistance bands. Get ready to "feel the burn"!
ZUMBA®
This fun & addictive class sweeping the nation, is inspired by Latin dance. Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun & easy to follow. This class takes the work, out of "working-out"... & NO, you don't need to be coordinated, just motivated to have a good time, & burn calories!
M.Y. FUSION
A combination of your favorites – mat pilates and yoga. Join us for lengthening, core toning, and stretching. Guaranteed to leave you feeling invigorated.
CARDIO DANCE/ZUMBA TONING
Guaranteed to be Muy Caliente!!! A fun filled class of dancing and toning. Join the instructors for part or all of the class – an amazing workout! No experience necessary.
