Cindy Holliday
Cindy is not only a yoga instructor and the TruFit Studios’ owner, her most significant accomplishment so far is being a devoted wife and loving mother. Her family is the most important part of her life. Cindy raised three happy, responsible young adults that she enjoys spending time with. Her health and well-being is also a very important part of her life. This motivated her interest in yoga and inspired her to become a yoga teacher so that she may share this wonderful experience with others. She feels fortunate and grateful that she is able to teach yoga to all ages, but she especially enjoys teaching seniors. Cindy’s life is enriched from her interaction with the wonderful seniors with whom she works. Cindy’s teaching comes from her heart, a place of love and peacefulness.

Julie Fitzherbert
Born and raised in Swampscott, Massachusetts, Julie moved her family - including two great kids - to Fountain Hills a few years ago. Her busy life includes activities with her family and dance. Julie has danced her entire life - she loves music and rhythm, and enjoys sharing that with others. In addition to teaching cardio dance classes, Julie is also a certified mat Pilates teacher. She has been teaching both dance and Pilates for the past eight years.

Ron Harris
Ron Harris, Personal Trainer, has been teaching fitness for over 30 years and inspires clients of all ages with his personal motto, "I will not quit until I tell my body when to quit". Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Ron has developed an expertise in various forms of fitness ranging from muscle relaxation to martial arts. He currently teaches Muscle classes, Breathing and Stretching, and Cardio Kick Fit Classes. Contact Ron directly for Personal Training.

Jenny Iverson
Jenny's philosophy is that everyone can dance. Dance is an art of movement that can express what words can sometimes fail to. Music and the arts has always been a creative outlet in Jenny's life. Growing up Jenny excelled in Dance, Cheer, and Softball. She discovered her love to teach others when she began instructing Pop Warner Cheerleaders in high school and then in college went on to be part of the United Cheer Association. Jenny continued taking classes and dancing through her life and began to share her passion for dance, theater and the arts, by Writing and directing local plays, Choreographing, Teaching Dance Classes, Crafting, Blogging, Event Planning and Learning Guitar Keep Jenny busy. She loves the outdoors and enjoys being active, whether it's taking her dogs for a walk, riding her beach cruiser around town, hiking camelback or taking a variety of dance and fitness classes.

Jennifer Mitchell
Jennifer completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training certification through At One Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona. A Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and avid practitioner, she holds current registration with the Yoga Alliance and is certified in CPR. Born and raised in Indiana where athletics have always played a key role in her life, Jen moved to Fountain Hills three years ago from Tampa, Florida and in addition to hiking, skiing, swimming, running and other workouts, Jen became passionate about yoga. She currently teaches Flow yoga at TruFit Studios.

Holly Scheffler
Fitness has always been a part of Holly’s life. She grew up close to Lucille Roberts, a fitness center in Long Island, New York, where she became certified to teach aerobics and light muscle classes. As she continued her journey into life and fitness, she moved to Las Vegas where she began a new life, business, marriage, and raising her four children. Then she and her husband moved to Arizona where Holly continued her commitment to her family and to her love for fitness. Soon after the move, she became certified through Healthways in muscular strength, cardio fit, yoga stretch, and choreography design. Holly is currently one of three muscle conditioning instructors at Trufit Studios. 

Julie Webb
Julie has extensive experience in the areas of Applied Exercise Physiology, Applied Kinesiology, Weight Training, Exercise and Fitness Assessment, Exercise for Special Populations, and Core and Prevention of Injury. She graduated from Mesa College with a Fitness Specialist Certification. Julie has also completed an internship with a rehabilitation center for post surgeries and injuries, and has worked for Jenny Craig while going back to college for training in weight loss management. Julie is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is a certified Group Exercise Instructor  in Zumba, Circuit, Pilates, and Weight Training, Aqua, AEA Certified for Aqua. Currently, Julie teaches Muscle and Pilates classes at TruFit Studios.
