The Four Seasons of Lifting: Summer

NEXT SERIES BEGINS Tuesday, May 5!

Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:30PM-1:30PM

Variety is the spice of life and this new, small-group class will allow you to explore different training modalities, strategically implemented, to target specific goals that will change to correspond with the seasons.

For Summer, our focus is on burning fat and building lean muscle for a beach-ready body. To achieve this we will be prioritizing speed and power exercizes within high-intensity metabolic conditioning circuits to maximize calories burned. You will learn how to perform Olympic lifts using kettlebells/dumbbells, along with mastering your own bodyweight via calisthenics, plyometrics, throws & sprinting mechanics.

This is a 12 week course (2x sessions per week) with each session building off the last to ensure safe and structured progression to a high level of competency and performance. The class is limited to just 6 people to ensure each participant gets individualized coaching.

Optional guides for calorie/macro optimization are included for those who want to see serious changes in body composition.

The course is being run by Chris Greenhill who has been a strength & conditioning coach for 18 years. During that time he has worked in a number of capacities, from gym owner to government contractor, with a variety of populations including combat athletes, special needs, federal law enforcement and everyone in between. He is specialized in concurrent training which involves intelligently blending modalities to ensure strength, power, speed & endurance are at optimal levels to perform year round.
