About Your Instructor:

Hayk Tadevosyan trained under a Hall of Fame coach in New York and competed in Golden Gloves tournaments, facing some of the country’s top amateur talent. Over the years, he has coached fighters in both boxing and MMA camps, and for six years was the co-founder and Head Instructor at Tier One Training Center. There, he taught hundreds of students, from busy professionals to seasoned athletes, proving that boxing truly can be adapted to any age, fitness level, or goal.

  • Do I need prior boxing experience to join?
    Not at all! Our classes cater to all levels - from total beginners to experienced boxers.

  • What should I expect in my first class?
    Super welcoming environment, class consisting of a warm-up, technique breakdown, boxing drills on pads, strength and conditioning drills.

  • Is this a contact gym? Will I get hit?
    No sparring in class - our classes focus on technique, fitness, and pad work.

  • What if I miss a class?
    We understand that things come up. While we do not offer make-up classes outside of the 8-week course schedule, we are happy to review key material with you briefly after your next session to help you stay on track.

  • What do I need to bring to class?
