TruHIIT XPRESS is a fast-paced total-body workout that combines strength training and cardio. Coach Emily combines traditional high-intensity interval training methods (working for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds, for example), with resistance training to create the most efficient workout you’ll experience this side of Chicago Avenue! This quick, 30-minute workout that will leave you feeling great all day long!

This Happy Hour kicks off with a special Strength Training 101 class, a feel-good, all-levels session designed to help you build strength, move better, and leave feeling accomplished. You’ll learn foundational movements with expert coaching in a supportive, zero-intimidation environment—so whether you’re brand new or just want to dial in your form, you’ll feel right at home.
Then we keep the vibes going with post-workout bites from La Cocinita and a variety of refreshments (the fun kind included, if that’s your thing). Because nothing pairs better with endorphins than good food, good people, and maybe a little something in your glass. Come for the workout, stay for the hang.

The kettlebell -- that sometimes-scary-looking piece of metal -- can seem intimidating. That's why Emily Dalton, personal trainer and kettlebell athlete, is launching a new class in January: Kettlebell Strength.
In this workshop, you'll explore all of the benefits the kettlebell has to offer while we break down some of the foundational movement patterns so you are able to effectively and safely execute kettlebell skills like the swing, clean, and Turkish Getup.

Muscles & Mobility @ 12:30PM-1:15PM
This class blends targeted mobility work with foundational strength training to help you move more freely and lift more confidently. Expect joints that feel happier, muscles that feel stronger, and movement that feels smoother both in and out of the gym.
Strength Training 101 @ 1:30-2:15PM
Join us for a special beginner strength class designed to introduce you to safe, effective, and confidence-building strength training. This one-time promotional session is perfect for anyone curious about starting a fitness routine or wanting to experience what our new studio has to offer.
You’ll learn foundational movements, build body awareness, and explore simple techniques to boost strength and mobility—all in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. No experience needed; just come ready to move and have fun.
