Who is this series for?
This series is designed for adults of all fitness levels who want to build strength safely and effectively. Exercises will be coached with options and progressions so you can work at your own level.

Do I need prior strength training experience?
No prior experience is required. We’ll focus on proper form, foundational movements, and progressive loading throughout the series.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Please wear flat, supportive workout shoes (such as trainers or minimalist-style sneakers). Flat shoes provide better stability and balance for strength training. Cushioned running shoes are not recommended.

What equipment is used?
We’ll use a mix of weights, cardio and bodyweight exercises. All necessary equipment will be provided.

What if I miss a class?
Because this is a series with limited spots, there are no refunds or make-up classes for missed sessions. Thank you for understanding.

Can I transfer my spot to someone else?
Spots are non-transferable unless approved in advance. Please reach out if you have questions.

How does the series progress?
Each week builds on the previous one, gradually increasing strength, confidence, and skill. Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged for best results.

Is this class safe if I have injuries or limitations?
Please let the instructor know before class about any injuries, pain, or limitations. Modifications will be offered, but always listen to your body and work within your capacity.
