Stronger longer

Tuesdays & thursdays 9AM-10AM

Everyone should be able to train in a supportive and safe environment.

For older adults, strength training is one of the most effective ways to preserve health and independence.

Regular strength training helps maintain muscle mass, protect bone density, improve balance and reduce the risk of falls.

Training in a group setting provides a social connection that combats isolation as well as a sense of community and shared encouragement.

All levels are welcome! Classes are capped at six people to provide the most personal attention in a group class setting.
