alyson mann

ACE-CPT and Ace Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Specialist Certifications in: Behavior Change, Corrective Exercise, Weight Management, Sports Performance, Fitness Nutrition, Senior Fitness, Yoga for Personal Trainers, and TRX.

Fitness Philosophy: Movement is life. In order to thrive, get to know your body, challenge it kindly, and have fun.

Alyson has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and still has an endless curiosity, admiration, and fascination with how bodies can change for the better or worse based on how they move and get fueled. She has seen that at any age you can grow stronger and learn to love who you are.

“I began personal training in my late 20's and since then I have had two forms of cancer, broken bones, tendonitis, and developed an autoimmune disease.  You know, life stuff. I can't change my health history, but with fitness and movement I have met every one of these challenges and bounced on. I love helping other people do the same: face what life has to offer for better or worse and thrive.”

Alyson teaches Beginner Strength and All Levels Strength Training. She also sees personal training clients at TruFit Personal Training Studios.

chris greenhill

Chris, NASM-CPT, PPSC s believes fitness isn't about picking one lane and staying in it. His approach blends strength and conditioning work in a way that keeps training well-rounded — so you're building mobility, stability, strength, speed, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness all at once, not just checking one box and hoping the rest follows.

Ask Chris about his philosophy and you'll hear something like this: "Be well-rounded and adaptable to meet whatever challenges life throws at you." That's the whole point — training that prepares you for actual life, not just the gym. And yes, the way you look changes too — that's a natural byproduct of getting genuinely stronger and more capable, not the whole goal.

Chris teaches The Four Seasons of Lifting programs. He also sees personal training clients at TruFit Personal Training Studios.

There, he taught hundreds of students, from busy professionals to seasoned athletes, proving that boxing truly can be adapted to any age, fitness level, or goal.

Hayk teaches Beginner Boxing & Cardio.

sarah laspas

Sarah Laspas is the founder of Muscles and Moxie, LLC, where she helps people recovering from pain or injury get their bodies back to doing what they want, when they want.

Created in 2017, her Evanston-based business bridges the gap between rehab and fitness, offering a more thoughtful approach to exercise—one where movement quality matters and feeling strong and capable is the point.

Her mission is simple: add life to your years through FUNction-focused training that makes consistency feel easy.

Sarah is a certified strength, mobility, and gait specialist and pain-free performance coach. Her clients range from those rebuilding after setbacks—such as stroke recovery, spinal fractures, and chronic issues others “couldn’t fix”—to people seeking functional strength for big adventures (Everest Basecamp, anyone?), as well as anyone who just wants to move more easily day-to-day.

She’s an “elder” Millennial living in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, where she shamelessly babies her two rescue pups, practices Muay Thai for fun (her coach keeps pushing her to compete; she prefers to stay uninjured and employed), and maintains a lifelong vendetta against olives—yes, ALL olives—despite being married to a Greek.

Sarah teaches Mobility Strength. She also sees personal training clients at TruFit Personal Training Studios.
