Small Group functional Training

New 6-week series starts Friday, April 10!
Fridays 7:30-8:30AM

This 6-week functional strength class will focus on moving intelligently and intentionally through each exercise so you know what you should be feeling. As you advance through the series the exercises will become more complex.

With consistency you can expect to move better, feel stronger, and reduce everyday aches and pains. As you build functional strength, improve mobility, and reinforce good movement patterns so your body feels more capable—both in and out of the gym.
