This 6-week functional strength class will focus on moving intelligently and intentionally through each exercise so you know what you should be feeling.
As you advance through the series the exercises will become more complex.
With consistency you can expect to move better, feel stronger, and reduce everyday aches and pains. As you build functional strength, improve mobility, and reinforce good movement patterns so your body feels more capable—both in and out of the gym.
If after two classes you decide it's not for you, cancel within 72 hours of your second class for a refund of remaining 4 classes. After 72 hours from your second class, you will be refunded for 3 classes and are encouraged to attend your third class!
