All 5-session gift card purchases are non-refundable. We want to make sure every session is used to help you (or your gift recipient) feel stronger, more confident, and more energized.

If an emergency arises that prevents the sessions from being used within the original time frame, we’re happy to extend the expiration date instead of issuing a refund. Just reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work something out.
