Sporty 40’s is where the precision of personal training meets the support, fun, and accountability of a small group. Built for women approaching 40 and in their 40s who want to feel powerful, confident, and effortlessly capable in their everyday lives.

Sessions meet twice a week for 6 weeks and progress through a shared program that is intentionally structured to meet the unique needs of the participants—personalized modifications, form-focused coaching, and measurable results—while offering the camaraderie, motivation, and energy that only a small group can create.

Move better, feel stronger, and thrive through every season of life with Sporty 40’s. Your body is ready for more—let’s train for it together.

Q. What if I sign up and have to miss a class? Can I make it up?
A. Since these are not one-off fitness classes but, rather, a 6-week program you are committing to, there is no pro-rating or refunds for missed classes.

Q. Can I get a refund if, after attending some classes, I decide it’s not for me?
A. For those who’ve never attended one of my classes, I offer a two-class trial – if you attend the first two classes and decide it’s not your thing, I’ll refund you for the remaining classes.
