Each class at TruFit Group Fitness Studios follows a 4-8 week program, just like a personal training program would, so that skills and strength build week to week.
While classes tend to fill up when they launch*, we reserve a few spots for individuals to try them out if they’re not sure which class might be the best fit for them.
